Orders, Payments and Shipping
We offer a cost-based shipping system using multiple shipping platforms, depending on what is most cost-effective.
Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to 3rd-party factors that are beyond our control.
Once we've processed your order and its status is "Complete", we will send you a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. If for some reason you do not receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting hello@modrefclothing.com.
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days, pending availability and payment verification. Once an order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking information.
Where is my online order being shipped from?
All online orders are being shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Will I have to pay tax?
Taxes will be shown at checkout. Tax rates may vary based on state, county, and local tax rules.
Will I have to pay for tax or customs fees on my international order?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and any additional fees at the time of delivery. Canceled orders due to inability to pay for customs fees may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded for any canceled orders.
Can I place an order online and do an in-store pickup?
Yes. Select “In-Store Pick-Up” when selecting a shipping method for your order and you may pick up your items at ROW DTLA, 777 S. Alameda St. Unit 140, Los Angeles, CA 90021.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay are also accepted.
How can I use promo codes?
Please enter the promo codes at checkout. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Does my store credit expire?
Store credit does not have an expiration date unless otherwise stated upon the time the Gift Card was issued.
I never received my package, what do I do?
When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and the shipping provider (UPS, USPS). We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We are always happy to assist you with any packages not marked as delivered by the shipping company. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
My order has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to input errors. If you need to update your shipping address, email us at hello@modrefclothing.com with your order number as soon as possible.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please consider the following:
- The delivery person may have placed your package in a discreet location to prevent theft.
- The delivery status may have been updated prematurely, and the package is still in transit.
- A neighbor or housemate may have accepted the package on your behalf.
For UPS Domestic Packages: If your package is marked as lost or damaged, you may file a claim with UPS directly using your tracking number.
